“Originally from Vancouver, I returned to Canada after living and working in several countries for over a decade. Because of this, I am inspired by themes of travel and discovery, and the memories we have of places familiar to us. In particular, returning to Vancouver has given me a fresh perspective on the amazing landmarks here and I like to share this discovery while exploring BC through this lens.”
Style
“I especially enjoy using a blend of modern watercolor techniques, in a loose, sketch-like way to represent architecture, landscapes, and destinations while fondly remembering and recognizing sense of place. Both my clients and viewers tell me how my inviting, understated style resonates with them, transmuting their memorable moments and journeys into something timeless. I live for this!
I also often hear how my vivid-but-soft colour palette & touch has universal appeal and that makes my illustrations excellent gifts.”
